| Transformers tonight at Embassy, the 10:30pm showing
Everyone is invited! | | |
| It looks like that game I used to play when I was a little kid. A game that inspired the song "one of these things it not like the other, one of these things just isn't the same..."

My parents are there (read: Jeff's) as well as my grandma and Kat's parents. Kat is in the picture, but instead of Jeff, Josh is there.
It looks like Josh photoshopped himself into the picture =) | | |

| (just a repost of my myspace bulletin, because I am happy!)
heh =)
I passed my CLEP test and I now have an upper-division elective credit for Human Growth and Development.
Math majors should not take tests which rely on information which is
not concrete... I like my theories which are concretely provable better
than all this speculation.
The information was still interesting as heck though!
The requirement was a 50 out of 80 and I got a 65! w00t!
Kyndell and I got like 3 hours of sleep last night, and that sucked.
I am exhausted
P.S. everyone should know that you can really really really jack up
your kids for the rest of their lives if you aren't careful. Be
authoritative, not authoritarian!
now, for your viewing pleasure:

| Apparently, there is a critical shortage so the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center (hereafter known as STBTC) was having a massive blood drive to try to alleviate the lack of blood. In order to get people to donate, they were offering a quite the bribe - a duffle bag, 4 pairs of flipflops, 4 t-shirts and a 4-pack of movie passes to a Santikos theatre. I am always more than happy to trade my bodily fluids for movie tickets. I had to work today, so I got up extra early so I would be able to give blood without being late. I got there and they sent a pretty girl over to me to tell me that I had the right type of blood to give an Alyx donation, basically a double red blood cells donation. Personally, I think she was lying about my blood type being right because I am fairly sure that A- isn't all that special but she was pretty and did her job right, so I agreed to give the Alyx. They sent me over to the screening room where they check the blood pressure, temperature, iron count and to ask you if you have ever had sex with anyone who traveled to africa, sex with anyone who has taken money or drugs for sex and sex with another male - even once. Since my answers had not changed since the last time I donated, I was given the ok. The donation process took a little longer than normal because I was "swindled" into the Alyx donation but I still made it to work on time.
One final thing, when they do the mini-physical, they tell you all your stats. My blood-pressure was One-Thirty-Something-Way-The-Hell-Too-High over Eighty-Six. I think the job I am temporarily working at is not helping my stress level at all. There are other factors, such as a long-running crush of mine and a multitude of a tests coming up in the next couple of weeks. Even so, the money is nice, but not worth the general deterioration of my body. =)
